This year, we have an especially meaningful reason to come together. Ronald McDonald BørneFond is celebrating its 35th anniversary in Denmark, and we are marking the occasion with an unforgettable Gala Evening in the iconic Palmehaven at Hotel d’Angleterre, Copenhagen.

Ronald McDonald BørneFond operates the Ronald McDonald Houses in Denmark, where families with a seriously ill child can stay together in a warm and homely environment while their child receives hospital treatment.
Each year, Ronald McDonald BørneFond supports hundreds of families. Since opening our first House in 2002, we have welcomed nearly 3,000 families to what are now our two Houses in Copenhagen and Odense.
All proceeds from the Gala Evening will support our Houses in Copenhagen and Odense, helping us continue to provide comfort, stability and togetherness for families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Our Houses Are More Than Just a Place to Stay
A Ronald McDonald House is much more than bricks and mortar.
Our Houses provide a safe haven where families can regain their strength, find moments of calm and, most importantly, stay together. They are temporary homes filled with care, community and compassion – a home away from home when life has been turned upside down.
By attending the Gala Evening, you are helping to make a meaningful difference. Our Houses exist because individuals and businesses choose to support our work.

You can purchase individual tickets at a fixed price or invite friends, colleagues or clients and reserve a table for eight guests at a reduced rate. Simply scroll down the page to secure your tickets.
Highlights of the evening include:
• A welcome drink upon arrival
• A three-course dinner prepared by the culinary team at Hotel d’Angleterre, where craftsmanship and attention to detail take centre stage
• A carefully selected wine pairing to complement the evening’s exquisite menu
• An inspiring programme featuring live music, stories from the Houses, award presentations and a charity raffle
• Our annual auction, once again led by the renowned auctioneer Kasper Nielsen. The auction includes both an online auction in the weeks leading up to the Gala Evening and a live auction on the night itself
• A few special surprises hosted by our two masters of ceremonies
• Late-night refreshments and an after-party in Balthazar, Hotel d’Angleterre’s celebrated champagne bar
When the Clock Strikes Midnight…
The Gala Evening in Palmehaven concludes at midnight, but the celebrations continue in Balthazar, Hotel d’Angleterre’s renowned champagne bar, which will be reserved exclusively for our guests.
Late-night refreshments will be served, and the festive atmosphere can continue in more relaxed surroundings.
A fitting end to the evening, with time to linger a little longer for those who are not quite ready to say goodnight.
